As a Senior Designer at one of the marquis design firms in Park City, Suzanne managed a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential projects before starting her own firm in 2018.

Now primarily building upscale vacation homes in exclusive golf and ski resort communities, she and her team are uniquely positioned to develop interiors that push the boundaries of residential design.

Suzanne is also keenly aware that in addition to creating homes, she’s creating investments. With a close, personal network of real estate agents, trusted contractors, and a constant pulse on Park City culture and design trends, she is uniquely positioned to guide clients on how to ensure universal and local appeal, for rentals or resale.

Above all, Suzanne recognizes that building and furnishing a home is an intensely personal experience. She takes pride in approaching each project with her clients as a partnership, listening carefully to their expectations as well as individual needs and desires. As a result, Suzanne McAleer Design maintains close personal relationships with clients across the world.

As Director of Purchasing, Sarah plays a pivotal role in the procurement and installation of decorative lighting and furnishings for Suzanne McAleer Design.

Having spent 10 years in wealth management and client services, Sarah brings invaluable experience in tackling the challenges of today’s competitive marketplace. Her partnerships with vendors, showrooms, upholsterers, sub contractors and delivery teams prioritize Suzanne McAleer Design projects and ensure timely and successful final installations.

Providing constant updates to clients, Sarah works with the ordering team to ensure every piece is received, inspected and delivered with great care for a fantastic end result.
